SaaS ERP Subscriptions * No Cancellation During Subscription Term: * Paid subscriptions for our SaaS ERP systems (Business ERP, Laundry ERP, School/Institute ERP) cannot be cancelled or terminated before the end of the current subscription term (monthly or annual). * Subscribers are obligated to fulfill the financial commitment for the entire duration of the chosen subscription period. * No Refunds for Subscription Fees: * Subscription fees paid for access to our SaaS ERP systems are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation requests during the active subscription period. * This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. * Renewal Cancellation: * Subscribers can cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. * Cancellation of renewal will prevent future charges, but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period. * To cancel renewal the user must do so from their account settings. * Service Disruptions: * In the event of prolonged service disruptions caused solely by IA Webtech, we may, at our discretion, offer service credits or extend the subscription period as compensation. * Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service failures) are not eligible for refunds or credits. 2. Custom Development Services (Website, Software, Business Tools) * Project Commitment and Payment: * Clients entering into custom development agreements with IA Webtech are obligated to pay the full committed project amount, regardless of project completion or cancellation. * Once a project agreement or statement of work (SOW) is signed, the client is financially responsible for the agreed-upon fees. * Client-Initiated Project Cancellation: * If a client decides to cancel a custom development project after the agreement is signed, the client remains responsible for the full project payment. * No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for cancelled projects. * Client Cooperation and Project Completion: * Clients are required to provide timely and accurate information, approvals, and feedback necessary for project completion. * If a client's lack of cooperation or failure to provide necessary resources hinders project progress, IA Webtech reserves the right to: * Hold the project until the client fulfills their obligations. * Terminate the project agreement and retain all payments made. * Take legal action against the client to recover any outstanding payments and costs incurred. * Payment Delays: * Failure to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule may result in: * Suspension of project work. * Termination of the project agreement. * Legal action to recover outstanding payments. * If payment is not made on time, and this happens more than once, IA Webtech has the right to terminate the project agreement. * Warranty and Post-Delivery Support: * Warranty and post-delivery support terms will be specified in the individual project agreement or SOW. * Refunds or returns are not applicable for completed and delivered custom development projects, except as explicitly stated in the warranty. 3.
